Primary Responsibilities:

• Credit Card Recoveries
• Meet the Business Ror Targets Set.
• Followup for Settlement and Pre NDC Conversions
• Capture accurate Feedbacks and trails in Collection System
• 100% Coverages on accounts Increase and provide approriate Attempt Intensity on accounts
• Provide Accurate Reasond Codes and feedbacks on Accounts

Additional Responsibilities:

• Back Calling on Settlement letters cases or Hygiene Related Items

• Academic score: Pass
• Institution tier: Any

• Industry: Banking/NBFC Preferred/Service Industry/Sales
• Role: Collections-Sales/Tellecalling
• Years of experience: 0 to 3
