Debt Counsellor

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Debt Counsellor based in Gurgaon. The Debt Counsellor will work closely with clients to assess their financial situations, develop customized debt management plans, and provide ongoing support to help them achieve financial stability. Daily responsibilities include analyzing financial data, communicating with creditors on behalf of clients, and educating clients on budgeting, credit management, and responsible financial practices.

• Strong financial assessment skills, including the ability to analyze financial data and identify viable debt relief solutions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact empathetically with clients and negotiate effectively with creditors
• Proficient in guiding clients in budgeting, credit management, and financial planning
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple client cases simultaneously
• Proficient in using relevant software or tools for financial analysis and case management
• Prior experience in debt counseling, financial advisory, or a similar role is highly desirable
• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business administration, or a related field is preferred
