Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Debt Collector based in Kochi. The Debt Collector will be responsible for contacting clients to collect payments on outstanding debts, negotiating repayment plans, and following up on payment agreements. The role also includes maintaining accurate records of all communications and tracking payment progress while ensuring compliance with company policies and legal guidelines.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Debt Collection and Cash Collection
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proficiency in basic Computer Literacy, including data entry and Exel management.
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Problem-solving abilities and negotiation skills
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in financial courses are a plus
