Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Debt Collector located in Trivandrum, Kerala. The Debt Collector will be responsible for locating and contacting debtors to collect payment on overdue accounts, investigating and resolving discrepancies, negotiating payment plans, and maintaining accurate records of collection activities. This will be a full-time office work and there is no outside field visit applicable.

Daily tasks include handling cash collections through phone calls, coordinating with customers, negotiating for payment terms and preparing collection reports as in maintain track of customer's who promised to make the payments.

Qualifications and Skills

• Skills in Debt Collection, Collection Management, Self Driven

• Strong Communication and Computer skills

• Monitor and manage overdue accounts to ensure timely collections

• Knowledge of UAE TRA and Central Bank regulations/ DRA Certified candidates will be a plus

• Detail-oriented and excellent organizational skills

• Ability to work independently and within a team and should able to work in target-oriented atmosphere

• Prior experience in a similar role is a plus

• High school diploma or equivalent

• UAE experienced candidate currently located in Bengaluru region can also apply

• Fresher who is willing to take challenges in the Debt collection field can also apply
