Debt Collection Officer

This is a full-time on-site role for a Debt Collection Officer based in Bengaluru South. The main responsibilities include managing and following up on outstanding client payments, negotiating repayment plans, and maintaining accurate records of payment activities. The role requires effective communication with customers to resolve financial disputes and ensure timely payment. The Debt Collection Officer will also analyze financial data to recommend actions in complex cases and collaborate with internal teams for successful recovery strategies.

• Strong skills in Debt Collection and Finance to handle client payment processes and recommend repayment solutions.
• Proficiency in Analytical Skills to assess financial situations and devise suitable recovery strategies.
• Demonstrated Customer Service and Communication skills to engage with clients and resolve disputes effectively.
• Prior experience in financial services or related fields is highly advantageous.
• Ability to work within a team environment and follow company protocols.
• Familiarity with financial regulations and debt collection industry best practices.
