Position: Senior Associate/ Counsel

Qualification - Qualified lawyer and must be enrolled in Bar Council of India

Work Experience - 5 to 8 years in Debt Capital Markets

Role Overview:

• Advise clients on domestic and cross-border debt capital market transactions, including bond and debenture issuances.
• Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documents, offering materials, and ancillary agreements.
• Provide legal and regulatory advice under SEBI, RBI, Companies Act, FEMA, and applicable securities laws.
• Conduct legal due diligence and identify key legal, regulatory, and transactional risks.
• Assist clients in structuring debt issuances and navigating complex regulatory requirements.
• Liaise and coordinate with clients, investment banks, trustees, regulators, auditors, and international counsel.
• Support end-to-end execution of debt capital market transactions, from structuring and documentation through closing and listing.
