Role Overview

The Dean, School of Law will provide strategic academic and administrative leadership to the School of Law, ensuring excellence in teaching, research, faculty development, student success, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Academic Excellence

• Lead academic planning, curriculum development, and quality enhancement.

• Promote innovative teaching and student success.

Faculty Development

• Drive faculty recruitment, mentoring, and performance management.

Research Excellence

• Promote research, publications, funded projects, and collaborations.

Compliance & Quality Assurance

• Ensure compliance with BCI, UGC, NAAC, and accreditation standards.

Institutional Development

• Oversee academic administration and School operations.

Qualifications & Experience

• LL.B., LL.M., and Ph.D. in Law from a recognized university, with qualifications and experience as per UGC and BCI norms.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in teaching, research, and academic administration out of which at least 5 years of experience in academic leadership/administrative roles at university level.
• Strong record of research publications and understanding of regulatory and accreditation frameworks.
