IILM University invites applications for the position of Dean – School of Computer Science & Engineering. The Dean will provide strategic, academic, and administrative leadership to the School, ensuring excellence in teaching, curriculum development, industry engagement, research, accreditation, faculty development, and student outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide academic and strategic leadership for the School.
- Drive curriculum innovation and ensure academic excellence.
- Oversee program delivery, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance.
- Mentor and develop faculty while fostering a collaborative academic culture.
- Strengthen industry partnerships, internships, placements, and experiential learning opportunities.
- Promote research, innovation, funded projects, and interdisciplinary initiatives.
- Lead accreditation, ranking, and continuous improvement efforts.
Qualifications & Experience
- Ph.D. in Computer Science & Engineering or a related discipline from a reputed institution.
- Minimum 15 years of academic experience, out of which 5 years in leadership and administrative responsibilities.
- Proven experience in managing academic programs, faculty, and institutional initiatives.
- Strong record of research publications, funded projects, and industry engagement.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
