The Dean of the School of Business provides visionary academic, strategic, and administrative leadership to advance the School's mission, reputation, and impact. The role is responsible for academic excellence, faculty leadership, student outcomes, research growth, industry engagement, accreditation readiness, and institutional expansion. 1. Academic Leadership
- Provide strategic direction for undergraduate, postgraduate, doctoral, and executive education programs.
- Ensure curriculum relevance, academic rigor, and continuous program enhancement.
- Promote interdisciplinary learning, experiential pedagogy, and outcome-based education.
- Lead innovation in teaching, learning, assessment, and digital academic delivery.
2. Faculty Leadership and Development
- Recruit, mentor, develop, and retain high-quality faculty members.

- Set clear expectations for performance, productivity, and academic contribution.
