About the Role

The Deans will serve as the academic and administrative leaders. They will be responsible for advancing the department's strategic vision in teaching, research, industry collaboration, and community engagement, while upholding the University's standards of excellence. The role requires dynamic leadership, commitment to innovation, and a collaborative approach to drive the department's growth and reputation.

Responsibilities

• Strategic academic leadership and faculty development
• Curriculum design aligned with global and industry standards
• Research promotion, innovation, and industry collaboration
• Governance, compliance, and quality assurance
• Student success, employability, and community engagement

Qualifications

• Ph.D. in a relevant discipline (such as Management, Design, Hospitality, Paramedical Sciences, Media Studies, Humanities, etc.).

Required Skills

• A distinguished academic career with substantial experience in teaching, research, and/or industry engagement.
• Proven expertise in curriculum development, academic leadership, and innovative pedagogical practices.
• Prior administrative or leadership experience in higher education (e.g., Head of Department, Associate Dean, or equivalent) is preferred.
