Role Description

IIBS is looking for a Dean who will provide strategic leadership, ensuring academic excellence, operational efficiency, and alignment with institutional goals at the International Institute of Business Studies Business School in the NCR region. Responsibilities include overseeing faculty recruitment and development, managing curriculum design and delivery, fostering industry collaborations, and promoting research initiatives. Essential duties also encompass upholding academic integrity, ensuring accreditation compliance, and nurturing student success. This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi.

Qualifications

• Academic Leadership: Proven experience in academic administration, faculty development, and curriculum design.
• Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement strategic plans that align with institutional goals and values.
• Communication: Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills to engage effectively with faculty, students, and stakeholders.
• Research and Innovation: Extensive experience in academic research, publication, and promoting innovation in teaching methodologies.
• Industry Collaboration: Strong network and experience in building partnerships with industry and corporate leaders.
• Ethics and Integrity: Commitment to fostering an environment of academic and professional integrity.
• Qualifications: A Ph.D. in Business Administration, Management, or related fields, with a strong academic and professional record.
• Experience: Substantial educational leadership experience, preferably in a reputed business school or similar institution.
• Other: Experience in accreditation processes and understanding of global education standards would be advantageous.
