We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Dealer Network Manager to join our expanding team.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop, manage, and expand the dealer network across assigned regions
- Identify and onboard potential dealers to strengthen market presence
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and new dealers
- Guide and support dealers in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Monitor dealer performance and provide strategic solutions for improvement
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and business opportunities
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and timely support
- Prepare performance reports and share insights with the management
Required Qualifications & Skills:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple dealers and regions effectively
- Good understanding of sales processes and business development
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Problem-solving mindset with strong follow-up skills
Experience Required:- Minimum 13 years of experience in dealer management, channel sales, or business development
- Experience in the healthcare equipment or medical devices industry will be an added advantage
- Freshers with strong communication & willingness to learn may also be considered
