We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Dealer Network Manager to join our expanding team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, manage, and expand the dealer network across assigned regions
  • Identify and onboard potential dealers to strengthen market presence
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing and new dealers
  • Guide and support dealers in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Monitor dealer performance and provide strategic solutions for improvement
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and business opportunities
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and timely support
  • Prepare performance reports and share insights with the management

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to manage multiple dealers and regions effectively
  • Good understanding of sales processes and business development
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Problem-solving mindset with strong follow-up skills

Experience Required:

  • Minimum 13 years of experience in dealer management, channel sales, or business development
  • Experience in the healthcare equipment or medical devices industry will be an added advantage
  • Freshers with strong communication & willingness to learn may also be considered
