Job Title: Dealer Development Executive

Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month
Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Dealer Development Executive to expand and strengthen our dealer network. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential dealers, building strong business relationships, supporting dealer onboarding, and ensuring market growth through effective dealer management and development strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new dealers/distributors in assigned territories.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing dealers.
- Conduct market research to identify business opportunities and competition activities.
- Support dealers in product understanding, sales growth, and business development.
- Visit markets regularly to evaluate dealer performance and provide necessary support.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth dealer onboarding and order processing.
- Ensure achievement of dealer development targets and market expansion goals.
- Resolve dealer queries and maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on dealer activities, market feedback, and business progress.
Required Qualifications
- Qualification: Graduation in any discipline / as required by the company.
- Prior experience in dealer development, channel sales, or business development will be preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Good market understanding and fieldwork capability.
- Ability to travel as required.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and reporting.

Experience
