Role Description The Dealer Development Specialist is a full-time, remote role responsible for building, supporting, and growing Fission EV's dealer network. This role includes identifying and onboarding new dealers, maintaining strong relationships with existing partners, and monitoring dealer performance to meet sales and service goals. The specialist will develop and implement dealer business plans, provide ongoing training on products and sales processes, and share best practices to improve dealer capabilities. Day-to-day tasks involve analyzing market data, preparing performance reports, coordinating virtual meetings and trainings, and collaborating closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure consistent dealer support and brand alignment.
Qualifications
  • Strong skills in Business Planning and Sales to support dealer growth and performance.
  • Proficient Analytical Skills to interpret market trends, dealer metrics, and performance data.
  • Excellent Communication abilities for engaging with dealers, internal teams, and stakeholders.
  • Experience in Training, including delivering product, sales, and process training to dealer staff.
  • Background in automotive or EV industry, dealer management, or channel development is highly beneficial.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple priorities, and travel occasionally if required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, productivity software, and virtual collaboration platforms.
