Job Description :-

• Identifying potential dealers & researching and identifying potential open markets for manufacturers and seeking out dealers to sell the service.
• Contact dealers & discuss about Business Prospects
• Preparing dealership viability and documentation for dealers
• Planning and executing dealership establishment and growth
• Monitoring the performance of early employees and dealerships in areas such as sales and customer experience.
• Supporting dealers and importers to improve customer satisfaction, efficiency, and profitability
• Project management by controlling time, quality, and cost as committed
• Developing business plans and sales strategies
• Providing sales management information and sales training
• End to End taking care of Dealers from Onboarding Dealers till handover to Service Team.
