Role Description This is a full-time, on-site DEALER AND SALE PERSON role based in Jammu. The role involves executing client orders in equity and related markets, monitoring price movements, and providing timely trade confirmations while ensuring adherence to regulatory and internal compliance guidelines. The team member will handle client interactions, explain product offerings, respond to queries, and maintain strong relationships to drive trading volumes. Daily tasks include prospecting new clients, supporting business development activities, and coordinating with internal research and operations teams to deliver a smooth trading experience. The position requires maintaining accurate records of trades, reporting on sales performance, and staying updated on market trends, company research, and product changes.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management to identify opportunities, close deals, and meet or exceed assigned targets.
• Experience in Business Development and Account Management to acquire new clients, nurture existing relationships, and support client retention.
• Familiarity with Merchant Services or financial products, with the ability to explain features, benefits, and risks clearly to clients.
• Strong understanding of capital markets, trading platforms, and basic investment concepts; NISM or equivalent certifications are an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-centric mindset and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Business, or a related field preferred, or relevant experience in broking, financial services, or sales.
• Comfort with on-site work in Jammu and readiness to comply with all regulatory, ethical, and organizational standards.
