DE Bayer AVS Migration Wintel SME 2 - P&C

• Build, configure, and administer Windows Server environments (NT Server, 2000, 2003, 2008, 2012, 2016).
• Troubleshoot hardware and operating system issues across Windows Server environments.
• Administer and support Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Windows Print environments.
• Install and configure middleware software products as per client requirements.
• Resolve server-related incidents and perform root cause analysis.
• Maintain Windows Clustering, Virtualization (Hyper-V, Virtual Server, Virtual PC), and deployment solutions (RIS, WDS).
• Administer Windows Tivoli Backup, storage systems (RAID, SAN, NAS, disks).
• Manage security controls, audit compliance, and adherence to best practices.
• Use PowerShell and VB scripting for automation and task management.
• Provide timely updates to customers according to defined SLAs.
• Troubleshoot Blue Screens, registry issues, and hardware (IBM, HP, Dell) problems.

Skills & Requirements:

• Strong experience in Windows Server administration and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of AD, DNS, DHCP, clustering, and virtualization technologies.
• Experience with storage management, backup solutions, and scripting.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under SLA-driven environments.
