As a Pre-Sales Consultant, you will play a crucial role in driving our data and analytics consulting services. Your primary focus will be on pre-sales activities, including understanding client requirements, creating compelling proposals, and delivering effective demonstrations. You will collaborate closely with our sales team and domain experts to position Zensar as a trusted advisor in the data and analytics space.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with clients to understand their business needs and pain points related to data and analytics.
  • Create and deliver compelling presentations, demos, and proposal documents to showcase Zensar's capabilities.
  • Manage the RFP process, ensuring timely and accurate responses to client requests.
  • Work closely with the sales team to qualify leads and develop strategic sales approaches.
  • Collaborate with domain experts to ensure proposals align with the latest industry trends and best practices.
  • Provide estimates and cost projections for data consulting projects.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of Zensar's data and analytics service offerings and their value propositions.
  • Stay updated on industry developments and emerging technologies to enhance our pre-sales strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within client organizations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics) or equivalent work experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in a pre-sales or consulting role, preferably in the data and analytics domain.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
  • Strong RFP management skills, including the ability to manage multiple proposals simultaneously.
  • Experience in customer-facing roles, with a track record of successful client engagements.
  • Domain agnostic mindset, able to quickly understand and adapt to different industry verticals.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools and techniques is a plus.
  • Familiarity with data analytics platforms and technologies is desirable.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently manage projects.
