Power BI & OBIEE/OAS Platform Administrator:

  • Comprehensive experience in administering Power BI tenant settings, capacity management, governance standards and usage analytics.
  • Strong background in managing Power BI workspaces, semantic models, data gateways, refresh schedules and security configurations including Row-Level security (RLS) and Object-Level security (OLS).
  • Solid experience supporting infrastructure deployment process including dev/stage/prod pipelines and CI/CD integration for Power BI artifacts.
  • Technical mastery of performance profiling tools such as DAX studio to identify bottlenecks in complex data models and reduce report rendering latencies.
  • Through understanding of capacity planning, platform stability, incident management and providing advanced production support within enterprise BI ecosystems.
  • Extensive experience supporting Oracle OBIEE/Oracle Analytics Server (OAS) on AWS, including installation, provisioning, configuration and managing dev/stage/prod environments.
  • Demonstrated capability in executing platform upgrades, patching and version management for OAS, WebLogic and related middleware components.
  • Advanced skills in implementing monitoring alerting and logging solutions to maintain system health and proactively address production issues.
  • Proficiency in performance optimization and troubleshooting, including tuning BI Server, WebLogic and back-end database queries to enhance reporting performance.
