This team manages Investor Relations and Reporting for BXCI Funds, supporting credit-focuse
dstrategies such as direct lending, mezzanine, and distressed debt. BXCI oversees multiple credit fund
sand vehicles, delivers financing solutions across industries, and provides insurance-related investmen
tsolutions to institutional clients. The role requires working closely with the Institutional Client Service
steam in New York
.
Key Responsibili
ties: Develop a strong understanding of the investments across all supported strate
gies. Gain expertise in various Limited Partner reporting documents, such as factsheets, track rec
ords,performance summaries, marketing materials, board materials
etc. Prepare and review the following quarterly deliveries while adhering to deadl
ines: New and ongoing Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs), RFPs &
RFIs. Limited Partner (LP) requests, presentation materials, and other quarterly rep
orts. Upload and maintain the Repository for questionna
ires. Contribute to processing documentation efforts and assist in creating Standard Oper
atingProcedures (S
OPs). Identify process inefficiencies and initiate improvement proj
ects. Address any ad hoc requests as they a
rise.Desired Candidate Pro
file: Candidate must be a Postgraduate in finance with 0 - 2 years of relevant experi
ence. The profile involves effective communication across clients facilities globally and
henceexcellent verbal and written communication skills are a
must. Demonstrated ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment with dynamic roles, often
underpressure and involving multiple stakehol
ders. Exceptional analytical skills and keen attention to de
tail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word), with adv
ancedexpertise in Excel being a prerequi
site. Self-motivated, energetic, and capable of completing assignments with minimal supervi
sion. Prior experience in areas such as private equity, investor reporting, or client reporting wi
