Job Description

Operate and monitor the Distributed Control System (DCS) for polymer and yarn production processes.
Ensure smooth functioning of plant operations by controlling process parameters through the DCS.
Perform regular checks and maintain process efficiency in accordance with production targets.
Troubleshoot and report any abnormalities or deviations in the production process.
Maintain logbooks, shift records, and update operational data as required.
Coordinate with other departments for raw material supply, maintenance, and quality control.
Follow all safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
Must be flexible and willing to work in an 8-hour rotational shift schedule.
