DC Engineering Lead / Senior DC Design Engineer

This is a full-time role for a DC Engineering Lead / Senior DC Design Engineer, based on-site in Gurugram. This position involves designing, implementing, and optimizing direct current systems for solar PV projects. Key responsibilities include conducting performance analysis, ensuring compliance with industry codes and safety standards, preparing technical reports, and providing support for the execution of solar projects. Other duties include collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing stakeholder expectations, and keeping up-to-date with advancements in renewable energy technologies.

• Strong expertise in DC system design, simulation, and optimization
• Proficiency in conducting performance analysis and technical calculations for solar PV systems
• Experience with industry codes, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance in renewable energy
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-disciplinary teams and stakeholders
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field
• Experience in energy management or solar energy projects is a plus
