Job Description

Position Details:

• Process: Customer Service

• Industry: Banking / BFSI

• Location: Shivajinagar, Pune

• Work Mode: Work From Office

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduation is mandatory

• Freshers and candidates with up to 6 months of experience can apply

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary up to ₹31,000 CTC (based on interview performance and communication skills)

• 5 working days per week

• 2 rotational week offs

Shift Details:

• Initial 2 months will be Day Shift

• Post training, candidates should be comfortable with 24×7 rotational shifts

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries through Calls and Chat Support

• Assist customers with banking-related services and concerns

• Deliver accurate and timely resolutions

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
