Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced DBMS Trainer to deliver high-quality training on Database Management Systems. The trainer will be responsible for teaching core DBMS concepts, conducting hands-on sessions, mentoring learners, and preparing them for interviews and real-world database scenarios.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver instructor-led training on DBMS concepts, including ER modeling, normalization, SQL, indexing, transactions, and concurrency control.
- Conduct hands-on labs and practical sessions using SQL and popular databases (MySQL / PostgreSQL / Oracle, etc.).
- Design, update, and maintain training curriculum, assignments, labs, and assessments aligned with industry standards.
- Mentor students, clarify doubts, and provide continuous feedback on performance.
- Prepare students for technical interviews, case studies, and database design questions.
- Track student progress and ensure learning outcomes are met.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in database technologies.
Eligibility & Skills
- Strong knowledge of DBMS fundamentals and SQL.
- Hands-on experience with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, etc.).
- Ability to explain complex database concepts in a simple and structured manner.
- Experience in teaching, training, or mentoring students/professionals (preferred).
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Basic understanding of system design and performance optimization is a plus.
