About Digital Business and Transformation
The Digital Business and Transformation (DBAT) team builds new end-to-end customer propositions with an ambition of delivering new age financial services directly to the customers. The DBAT team has invested in digital capabilities that include building the bank's own engineering team, adapting new age engineering practices and building an API centric architecture to improve customer experience, employee experience and efficiencies
About the Role

As the Martech owner at Axis Bank, you will be at the forefront of our digital strategy, leveraging cutting-edge MarTech tools to enhance customer engagement and drive marketing effectiveness. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the digital marketing landscape for one of the leading financial institutions. The successful candidate is someone who is comfortable with cross-functional synergic alliances within and outside the organization. Building relationships that allow him/her to translate the ideas into reality. The person will also need to be a strong planner - detailed and focused on operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
.Develop and implement a comprehensive MarTech strategy aligned with the bank's marketing objectives. Evaluate and recommend MarTech tools, to optimize digital campaigns.
.Oversee the implementation of testing and optimization strategies to improve conversion rates and overall customer experience
.Ensure integration of all channels and validate market players for innovation and cost saving
.Personalize and execute A/B tests, multivariate tests and personalization campaigns
.Partner with Product managers, designers to understand business objectives , user behaviour and technical constraints
.Provide thought leadership and strategic guidance on testing and optimization best practice including data analysis
.Working closely with GA team to measure and report on impact of campaigns
.Leverage data analytics to derive actionable insights and optimize marketing efforts using MarTech tools.
.Stay up to date with latest trends and technologies in testing and optimization to inform our strategy and tactics
.Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in MarTech, providing recommendations for continuous improvement. Attend relevant conferences and training sessions to enhance MarTech knowledge


Qualifications
Optimal qualification for success on the job is:
.Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering, Marketing


Role Proficiencies:
For successful execution of the job, the candidate should possess:

.5+ years experience in digital marketing with at least 3 year of experience managing Proficiency in UNICA 12, CleverTap, Adobe, Kafka Topics will be preferred.
.Excellent communication (both verbal and written) and presentation skill
.Strong analytical skill
.Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously
