About Digital Banking and Transformation
The Digital Banking and Transformation (DBAT) team builds new end-to-end customer propositions with an ambition of delivering new age financial services directly to the customers. The DBAT team has invested in digital capabilities that include building the banks own engineering team, adapting new age engineering practices and building an API centric architecture to improve customer experience, employee experience and efficiencies
AbouttheRole

The person would lead the D2C team in digital banking and would play key role in driving the unassisted business for the bank.

Device roadmap for setting up new and innovative capabilities for generating sales and profitable growth for Digital Acquisition Team

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day business and drive sales for D2C
Device roadmap for setting up new and innovative capabilities for generating sales and profitable growth for Digital Lending Team

Work on the product strategy & roadmap, ensure campaign readiness whenever a new product is getting launched digitally to any type of customer

Achieve D2C sales numbers as per the targets

Identify and Define:
1) Target Audience
2) Sales/Communication Strategy
3) MoM improvement in the conversions rates

  • Set up the capabilities of tracking and monitoring the funnel and set up benchmarks - technology, platform, Media, Customer journey

Understand customer and business needs and align strategy to the same - plan communication / solution in line with the needs and ensure high quality delivery. Seek feedback to drive improvement in customers experience

Liaison with internal as well as external stakeholders to ensure effective processes resulting in customer delight

Qualifications

MBA from a reputed institute with relevant prior experience of working on Digital Sales & Acquisition 12+ years of relevant experience
