Job Description

Title: Dayforce Business System Analyst

Client: Sephora

Location: Offshore in India (remote)

Working Hours: late IST shift, generally between 2:00 PM IST and 11:00 PM IST, to support collaboration with U.S.-based HR, Payroll, and HRIS teams around 9:00 AM Pacific Time (PST/PDT)

Required Skills & Experience:

- 2+ years of hands-on experience working directly within the Dayforce HCM platform, including configuration, implementation, and support.

- Strong experience supporting Dayforce Payroll and Workforce Management (WFM) modules.

- Strong understanding of HR and Payroll business processes, including payroll administration, timekeeping, workforce management, and benefits.

- Experience gathering business requirements from HR and Payroll stakeholders and translating them into system solutions within Dayforce.

- Experience performing QA/UAT testing, troubleshooting issues, and supporting Dayforce enhancements and upgrades.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional business teams.

Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Dayforce Business Systems Analyst to support Sephora's HRIS organization. This individual will play a key role in configuring, enhancing, and supporting the Dayforce platform, with a primary focus on Payroll and Workforce Management. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of technical Dayforce expertise and functional HR knowledge, allowing them to effectively partner with HR, Payroll, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.

Responsibilities include gathering requirements, configuring and testing Dayforce solutions, supporting system enhancements, troubleshooting production issues, and ensuring overall system integrity. The successful candidate will have hands-on experience within Dayforce, a strong understanding of HR and payroll operations, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. This role will support a large employee population and requires someone who can effectively bridge the gap between business needs and system functionality.
