Shift Timing: Any 9hrs shift in between 6am-7pm slot (5.5 days working)
Eligibility: Graduate
Salary:
Freshers- Upto 28k CTC
Experienced- Upto 42k CTC
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Facilitate engaging learning experiences as per curriculum
- Ensure child safety, development and emotional well-being
- Conduct assessments & maintain learning records
- Collaborate with parents and Centre teams
- Participate in events, training, and curriculum planning
- Build a positive, inclusive and creative classroom culture
What we are looking for:
- NTT / Montessori / ECE / CIDTT certified OR Bachelor's degree
- 03 years of early years teaching experience
- Excellent communication & classroom management skills
- Adaptability, ownership, creativity & strong teamwork mindset
- Ability to engage children using modern teaching practices
