As a Datacom Test/Lead Manager, you will:

• Lead and contribute to the creation oftesting strategiesandtest plans.
• Driveautomation initiativesusingPythonand other scripting languages.
• PerformDatacom testingacross various networking protocols.
• Conductperformance and throughput testingto ensure system reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

In this role, you will:

• Apply hands-on experience in automation usingPython.
• Work with protocols such asISIS,BGP,BFD,MPLS, andNetconf.
• Develop and maintain automation frameworks and scripts.
• Ensure comprehensive test coverage and documentation.
• Support continuous improvement in testing processes and tools.

• 8-15 years of experience innetwork testing and automation.
• Strong scripting skills inPythonor other relevant languages.
• Deep understanding ofnetworking protocolsandDatacom technologies.
