Technical knowledge of IT Infrastructure, including servers, networks, storage & virtualization,Proactive Project Management skills with 5+ years of project management experience in financial services or regulated industries

• Understanding of security principles

• Appreciation of disaster recovery principles and familiarity on operational resilience framework

and testing methodologiesapacity planning exposure

• Plan and manage recovery test schedules

• Senior stakeholder management with board-level presentation skills, providing executive

summary

• Setup and maintain application recovery profiles

• Develop and Maintain knowledgebase including Best Practice & Support Information

• Design and Support training plans to help build internal SME knowledgePower BI report creation experience

• ServiceNow integration experience

• Cutover exposure

• Runbook design experience
