Databriks + Pyspark

We are looking for a Data Engineer / Data Analyst to manage and maintain corporate global clinical data, ensuring data quality, integrity, and accessibility across all major business units. The ideal candidate will have experience with clinical applications and data engineering tools, and will support system testing, validation, and training.

Responsibilities:

• Strategically manage and maintain corporate clinical data across business units.
• Identify, investigate, and resolve data quality issues, performing root cause analysis and communicating with IT and business teams.
• Validate new and updated clinical data as it feeds into the data warehouse, ensuring accuracy through research, cleansing, and merging.
• Perform ongoing profiling and analysis of clinical data and act as a subject matter expert.
• Support system enhancements, issue resolution, and data integration projects in collaboration with IT.
• Drive initiatives to improve enterprise data integrity and process efficiency.
• Provide system support, testing, and training for applications accessing clinical data.

Skills & Qualifications:

• 2 5 years of work experience as a Data Analyst in clinical data.
• Hands-on experience with Veeva, CTMS, EDC, and other clinical applications.
• Strong experience with Azure Databricks, PySpark, and ETL development.
• Proficient in SQL, relational data models, and data movement processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with IT and business stakeholders.
