Summary:

As an Application Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements using Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform. Your typical day will involve working with the development team, analyzing business requirements, and developing solutions to meet those requirements.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain applications using Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and develop solutions to meet those requirements.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation related to the application development process.
  • Ensure that all applications are developed according to industry standards and best practices.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for applications developed using Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.

Professional & Technical Skills:

  • Must To Have Skills: Experience with Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.
  • Good To Have Skills: Experience with other big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, and Hive.
  • Strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies.
  • Experience with programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala.
  • Experience with database technologies such as SQL and NoSQL.
  • Experience with version control systems such as Git or SVN.

Additional Information:

  • The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.
  • The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful data-driven solutions.
  • This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
  • 15 years of fulltime education or above
