Job Summary

We are looking for a talented Databricks Mosaic AI Engineer to design, develop, and support Generative AI and Machine Learning applications on the Databricks Lakehouse Platform. The ideal candidate will collaborate with business, data, and engineering teams to build secure, scalable, and high-performance AI solutions that deliver measurable business value.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support Generative AI and Machine Learning applications using Databricks Mosaic AI.
• Build scalable AI and data solutions on the Databricks Lakehouse Platform.
• Develop, train, and deploy machine learning models using MLflow.
• Implement Vector Search for Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and semantic search applications.
• Develop scalable data pipelines using Apache Spark and Delta Lake.
• Write efficient Python code for AI model development and automation.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Optimize AI models, data pipelines, and platform performance.
• Ensure data security, governance, and best development practices.
• Troubleshoot production issues and maintain technical documentation.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience with Databricks Mosaic AI
• Strong knowledge of MLflow
• Experience with Vector Search
• Proficiency in Python
• Experience with Apache Spark
• Strong understanding of Delta Lake
• Knowledge of Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Experience

• Up to 5 years of overall IT experience.
• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant hands-on experience with Databricks Mosaic AI or closely related Databricks technologies.
