Databricks Lead Engineer

Business Problem

Looking for a Senior Data Engineer that has experience migrating data from ERP to Databricks. The ERP they work with is JDE

Duties and responsibilities

Experience in Data Engineering, with a strong focus on Azure Data & Analytics services (e.g., Azure Synapse, Data Factory, Azure SQL, ADLS Gen2).

Hands-on experience with Databricks, including Python and SQL for data processing and analytics.

Strong expertise in Data Warehousing, Data Modeling, and ETL/ELT pipeline development.

Advanced proficiency in Python, SQL, and PowerShell for data engineering and automation.

Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric and KQL is highly desirable.

Proven experience in Data Engineering Architecture design and optimization.
