Key Responsibilities
Job Description for Databricks/ETL Developer (experience 3-6 years)
Design, develop, and maintain data integration solutions using Databricks
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver efficient data solutions.
Implement ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into data warehouses/data lakes.
Optimize and troubleshoot Databricks workflows and performance issues.
Ensure data quality and integrity throughout the data lifecycle.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in data integration and Databricks.
Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree in computer science or equivalent.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Hands-on Experience With Databricks.(Mandatory)
Strong knowledge of any ETL tool (e.g., Informatica, Talend, SSIS).(Mandatory)
Well-versed in data warehousing and data lake concepts.
Proficient in SQL and Python for data manipulation and analysis.
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)and their data services.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Domain Expertise
Mandatory experience in the Life Sciences / Pharmaceutical domain.
Good understanding of healthcare/customer master data processes.
Strong knowledge of MDM entity types such as: Customer, Organization, Product, Payer & Related healthcare and commercial entities
Understanding of healthcare data hierarchies, affiliations, and relationship management concepts.
Good knowledge of GxP compliance concepts and regulated environment processes within the Life Sciences industry.
Exposure to data governance and data quality practices in regulated pharmaceutical environments is preferred.
Knowledge in SQL to run the query and do the data analysis without any dependency.
