Role: Databricks Solution Architect
Must-Have:
- 10 to 15+ years of experience in data architecture and engineering, with strong expertise in Databricks and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Proven ability to design and implement end-to-end data pipelines, optimize Apache Spark workloads, and leverage Databricks Delta Lake for data storage and processing.
- Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure automation using tools like Terraform or CloudFormation, and familiarity with Docker/Kubernetes for workflow deployment.
- Strong knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance standards (GDPR, CCPA), including Databricks features for RBAC, encryption, and auditing.
- Experience in machine learning model development and deployment, and implementing AI/GenAI use cases on Databricks.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
