Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Business Intelligence (BI) Lead to head one of our BI function. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in SQL, Python, and process automation, along with proven experience managing and mentoring large BI teams. Experience in US Healthcare processes will be a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a BI team of 5+ members, including analysts and developers
- Design, develop, and maintain BI solutions and data models to support business goals
- Drive automation of reporting and analytical processes using SQL, Python, and related tools
- Oversee end-to-end BI delivery including data extraction, transformation, automation, and visualization
- Ensure data accuracy, governance, and adherence to best practices
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable BI solutions
- Monitor team performance, conduct reviews, and provide mentoring and technical guidance
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, scalability, and data reliability
- Support BI initiatives related to US Healthcare processes (claims, RCM, payer data, provider analytics, etc.)
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in Business Intelligence / Analytics
- Strong proficiency in SQL (advanced queries, performance tuning, data modeling)
- Hands-on experience in Python for automation, data processing, and analytics
- Proven experience in process and report automation
- Strong people management experience, handling teams of 5+ employees
- Experience with BI tools and dashboards (Power BI / Tableau preferred)
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience with US Healthcare domain (highly beneficial)
- Exposure to cloud data platforms (Azure, AWS, or similar)
- Experience defining BI governance, KPIs, and enterprise reporting standards
- Agile or project management experience
