Job Description:

Requirements:

. 6 years of experience in test environment management.

. Experience in Microsoft and Linux are mandatory, need to have fair idea of Server hardware and computer networking technology.

. Application troubleshooting - checking application connectivity & configuration

. Application/Code deployment on servers and SDLC knowledge

. Excellent customer focus and communications skills

. Ability to prioritize and manage work to critical project timelines in a fast-paced environment

. Ability to develop new approaches to complex design problems and have an eye for detail, and be able to put ideas into a tangible form

. Installing, Configuring & Troubleshooting IIS, Oracle and MS SQL Databases, Application & Server Setup/maintenance activities in clustered(BIGIP/3DNS) environment

. Experience in deploying Application and DB code using various automation tools or manual deployment

. Should have an hands on experience as an PL/SQL, SQL-DBA and SharePoint administration is a must.

Optional skills if required we can add:

. Experience using Monitoring, ticketing, automation, Knowledge Base & reporting tools. Handling planned, unplanned Outage, escalation hierarchies.

. Should have worked in SLA/metrics driven environment.

. Good understanding on Incident, Problem & Change management.

. Prod & Non Prod Environment (Software Development Life Cycle) .

. Capability to deal issues based on Severity & experience in handling complex issues.

. Good documentation skills & ability to create knowledge base articles for common issues.

. Target driven approach & multitasking skills . Ability to prioritize and manage work to critical project timelines in a fast-paced environment.
