Must Have Skills:

• Strong experience administering Apache Cassandra and Elasticsearch clusters in enterprise production environments.
• Hands-on expertise in distributed cluster administration, performance monitoring, capacity planning, and operational support.
• Experience designing and supporting replication, high-availability, and disaster-recovery solutions.
• Strong knowledge of cluster backup, recovery, upgrades, patching, monitoring, and performance optimization.
• Experience implementing IAM integration, RBAC, encryption, security controls, and CIS-aligned configurations.
• Ability to manage incidents, troubleshoot complex cluster issues, perform root-cause analysis, and drive corrective actions.
• Strong understanding of governance, compliance, operational documentation, and cross-team collaboration.

Good to have:

• Experience with enterprise Cassandra and Elasticsearch cluster-monitoring platforms.
• Knowledge of automated provisioning, configuration management, and infrastructure-as-code practices.
• Exposure to enterprise backup and recovery tools for distributed NoSQL platforms.
• Experience supporting regulated environments and formal governance and compliance frameworks.
