Database Engineer (MongoDB | SRE | DevOps)-8-12 years-Pune

We are looking for an experienced Database Engineer with strong expertise in MongoDB and modern DevOps practices. This role involves managing large-scale distributed databases, ensuring high availability, performance optimization, and driving automation across infrastructure systems.

Responsibilities –

1. Build, manage, and optimize large-scale MongoDB database environments.
2. Monitor infrastructure performance and ensure high availability with minimal downtime.
3. Implement automation for database operations, deployments, and maintenance tasks.
4. Ensure database security, backup, recovery, and disaster management strategies.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and reliable solutions.

Requirements –

1. 8–12 years of experience as a Database Engineer/DBA (MongoDB preferred).
2. Strong knowledge of MongoDB architecture (replica sets, sharding, clustering).
3. Experience in performance tuning, backup & recovery, and database migration.
4. Hands-on experience with DevOps tools (Git, Ansible, Kubernetes, CI/CD).
5. Proficiency in scripting (Python, Bash, PowerShell) and monitoring tools (Grafana, Prometheus).
