Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Database Developer with 4–5 years of experience in designing, developing, and maintaining database solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in SQL Server along with hands-on experience in SSIS (ETL) and SSRS (reporting). The role involves working closely with business stakeholders to deliver data-driven solutions and optimize database performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain SQL Server databases [MSSQL], ensuring performance, reliability, and scalability

Develop, deploy, and manage ETL processes using SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services)

Create, maintain, and optimize reports using SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services)

Write complex SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, and triggers

Perform database tuning, query optimization, and performance monitoring

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver solutions

Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with organizational standards

Troubleshoot and resolve database-related issues

Support data migration, data warehousing, and integration initiatives

Required Skills & Qualifications:

4–5 years of hands-on experience in SQL Server development [MS SQL]

Strong expertise in T-SQL, stored procedures, and query optimization

Proven experience with SSIS for ETL development and data integration

Experience in SSRS for report development and deployment

Knowledge of database design principles and normalization

Experience with performance tuning and indexing strategies

Familiarity with data warehousing concepts (fact/dimension tables, star schema)

Good understanding of data security and backup/recovery processes

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Preferred Skills:

Exposure to version control tools (e.g., Git, TFS)

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
