3-6 years of relevant work experience.

**Educational Qualifications:**

B.E / B.Tech / M.Sc / MCA / M.Tech.

- Database design

- Database implementation

- Management and backup processes

- Data flow processes

- Database structure

- RDBMS

**Responsibilities:**

- Finalizing RDBMS requirements and specifications for the Land GIS project.

- Assisting in designing the database architecture within the overall Solution Architecture.

- Developing data models for Raster (Image data), Spatial data (GIS Layers), and Non-spatial MIS data.

- Integrating GIS and MIS.

- Integrating database services received as API.

- Integrating different and diverse RDBMS.

- Managing and maintaining databases (data backup, data archiving).

- Migrating data from legacy systems.

**Mandatory Skill Sets:**

- Strong SQL and database programming skills.

- Ability to query, update, and manage databases, write complex SQL queries, and optimize SQL code.

- Knowledge of database optimization techniques.

- Strong database security knowledge, including hardware, software, and networking.

- Understanding of defining user roles and permissions, implementing access control mechanisms, and using database administration tools.

- Understanding of defining and implementing data management policies.

**Preferred Skill Sets:**

- Experience with MS SQL Server as the preferred RDBMS platform.
