Job Description

BarodaSun Technologies Limited BSTL is hiring a Database Architect on a contractual basis for its Mumbai office. Were seeking a professional with in-depth experience in enterprise database administration and architecture, capable of managing mission-critical database systems and ensuring performance, availability, and security.

Educational Qualification (as on 31.03.2025):

  • B.Tech / B.E. in Computer Science / Information Technology / Electronics & Communications or equivalent disciplines with minimum 60% marksOR
  • MCA OR
  • M.Tech / M.Sc. in relevant disciplines
  • Qualification must be from a recognized institution/university approved by Govt. of India or regulatory bodies

Preferred Certifications (valid as on 31.03.2025):

  • Oracle Certified Associate (OCA)
  • Oracle Certified Professional (OCP)
  • SQL / PL-SQL
  • Database Administrator certifications

Work Experience (as on 31.03.2025):

Essential:

  • Minimum 6 years of post-qualification experience in the IT industry

Preferred:

  • Strong experience with:
  • Database performance tuning, security, and optimization
  • Enterprise database administration (Oracle / Microsoft SQL Server)
  • Oracle 19c / Oracle RAC / Golden Gate configuration
  • Monitoring tools like Dynatrace, AppDynamics
  • Designing scalable, secure, and highly available RDBMS architecture
  • Database engineering, installation, and configuration
  • Working in compliance with information security policies

Salary :- Remuneration will be offered based on candidate's qualifications, experience, overall suitability, last drawn salary of the candidate and market conditions. Salary shall not be a limiting factor for suitable candidates.
