Database Analyst

We are currently seeking a Database Analyst to join our diverse and dynamic team. The Database Analyst position is accountable for database updates to the PubsHub Journals & Congresses Database.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Interface regularly with customers regarding content updates.
  • Perform routine demo's showcasing database services of products.
  • Providing administrative support for client focused proposals, budgets and client grids
  • Provide feedback for with new enhancements or automation to development team.
  • Provide Help Desk Support for assigned products.
  • Provide frequent updates to the database to ensure that our clients have the most current data available to make factual decisions on publishing decisions.

Your Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration).
  • 3-6 years of relevant experience in database management and/or data analysis.
  • Strong proficiency in database systems (e.g., SQL, MySQL, Oracle) and data manipulation tools.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and quality.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to evolving client needs.
