Database Administrator

We are seeking a skilled Database Administrator for a full-time role. The Database Administrator will manage, maintain, and optimize database systems, ensuring their security and reliability. Responsibilities include creating and implementing database designs, monitoring database performance, troubleshooting issues, managing database upgrades, and ensuring data accuracy and integrity. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to implement and improve database solutions is a key aspect of this role.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Database Administration to manage, optimize, and secure databases
• Experience in Database Design, including creating and implementing effective database structures
• Strong Troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve database performance issues
• Advanced knowledge of Databases and experience with database-related tools
• Proficiency in Replication techniques to ensure data availability and consistency
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining strong communication with team members
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience in related fields
• Previous experience with cloud-based database systems is a plus
