Database Administrator (MySQL)

Job description

1. Optimize SQL Code as necessary
2. Monitor performance of database systems resources and query throughput
3. Process work accurately and in a timely manner
4. Liaise with developers to improve applications and establish best practices
5. Troubleshoot database related issues in a timely fashion
6. Provide guidance and support to Application Developers
7. Assist with schema design, code review, SQL query tuning
8. Training and Capacity building in and out peer
9. Pay attention to detail at all times

Candidate Profile

1. Candidate should have very good technical skill in PostgreSQL Database Administration
2. Candidate should be able to work in team manage team members, if required
3. Communication skill should be excellent
4. Candidate should be smart personality should be very good
