Job Summary: As a Database Administrator, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and optimize database performance for large-scale MySQL and PostgreSQL environments.
• Partner with the development team to design, implement, and maintain robust database structures.
• Develop, test, and manage data backup and recovery procedures to safeguard business-critical information.
• Monitor database environments to proactively identify and resolve performance bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align database solutions with evolving business needs.
• Document database configurations, processes, and best practices to ensure operational transparency and continuity.
• Stay current with emerging SQL and database technologies to drive continuous improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Advanced hands-on expertise with MySQL and PostgreSQL administration.
• Proven track record in database optimization and troubleshooting.
• Strong command of SQL for querying, scripting, and performance tuning.
• Experience with backup, restore, and disaster recovery processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly document and explain complex technical information.
• Collaborative mindset and a proactive problem-solving approach.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote, distributed team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience implementing and managing database security best practices.
• Familiarity with cloud-based database solutions and automation tools.
