The Database Administrator (DBA) will be responsible for the security of enterprise database platforms supporting IAM and other critical business services.
This is a mid-level role that independently executes day-to-day database operations and partners with application, infrastructure, and security teams, while escalating or seeking guidance on highly complex design decisions.
The DBA implements best practices for authentication / authorization and participates in an on-call rotation to support incident response and service restoration.

Experience with AWS/Azure/GCP database services and hybrid architectures; familiarity with IAM integration patterns (SSO, service accounts, secrets management). Hands-on experience with HA/DR designs and tooling (e.g., SQL Server Always On, PostgreSQL streaming replication, Oracle Data Guard) Automation experience with scripting and infrastructure-as-code/CI/CD for database provisioning and deployments (e.g., PowerShell, Python, Ansible, Terraform). Experience with monitoring/observability (e.g., Splunk, CloudWatch, Azure Monitor) and security/compliance frameworks (SOX, GLBA, NIST); relevant certifications are a plus. Education Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field.
