Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Monitor database performance and implement changes to improve efficiency and security.
• Develop and document database policies, procedures, and standards to ensure consistency and compliance.
• Assist in the planning and execution of database upgrades, migrations, and patching activities.
• Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing knowledge to foster professional growth.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server Administration.
• Experience in database backup and recovery techniques to safeguard data.
• Knowledge of performance tuning and optimization of database queries and indexes.
• Familiarity with security best practices to protect sensitive information within databases.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve database-related issues promptly to minimize downtime.
• Understanding of database replication, clustering, and high availability solutions.

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft SQL Server Administration.
• This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
