We are looking for a DWH Analyst to support the development and optimization of global Business Intelligence solutions for an international organization. In this role, you will bridge business needs and data solutions by analyzing requirements, designing analytical solutions, and supporting data-driven decision-making.
You will collaborate with stakeholders, data managers, and domain specialists to deliver high-quality analytical solutions and ensure effective service operations within the data warehouse environment.
Your tasks
- Conducting end-to-end business and data analysis activities for assigned initiatives
- Gathering, clarifying, and documenting business and analytical requirements with stakeholders
- Translating business needs into analytical specifications, use cases, and data requirements
- Profiling and analyzing data to identify gaps and validate business processes
- Designing and implementing data flows, datasets, and BI solutions using reporting tools
- Building reports, dashboards, and analytical models to support decision-making
- Supporting testing, validation, and quality assurance activities for delivered solutions
- Documenting analytical solutions and ensuring transparency of logic and assumptions
- Collaborating with project teams and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Minimum 2–6 years of professional experience as a Data Analyst, BI Analyst, or in a similar analytics role
- Good understanding of business requirements analysis and translating needs into analytical solutions
- Practical experience with SQL for data analysis and querying analytical databases
- Familiarity with data warehouse architecture and ETL/ELT processes
- Experience using Power BI for building reports and dashboards
- Understanding of data quality concepts and attention to accuracy and consistency
- Ability to communicate effectively with international stakeholders
- Fluent English (minimum B2 level, C1 preferred)
Nice to have
- Knowledge of Snowflake and analytical cloud platforms
- Familiarity with the Python programming language
- Experience with Power Apps
